Hi, I'm Donny, founder of Next Level Esports
As a former collegiate esports player, I experienced firsthand how suboptimal coaching affects a player's development. That frustration led to the founding of Next Level Esports in 2018.
My mission has always been to professionalize esports by training the best coaches.
To do this, I had to put in the work. Drawing from my background in teaching for 10 years. I built esports-specific approaches derived from teaching, coaching and business, then proved them in the field. Within 12 months, I became a full-time professional performance coach, helping teams win championships across multiple titles.
By 2021, I transitioned fully into coach development. Since then, I've developed 1,000+ coaches worldwide. And after working with hundreds of them, coaches started asking more about career growth, because even when they were making an impact and getting results, their careers did not grow with that. Meanwhile, coaches who weren't clearly better were landing better opportunities.
